Lilypond counseling and adoption services helps families navigate life transitions.
My clients are seeking the birth or adoption of a child, the successful creation of a step-family, strategies for co-parenting and the resolution of childhood issues that might get in the way of successful relationships of all types. I also work with families who are experiencing infertility and are exploring alternative methods of creating a family.
I provide a safe space apart from your day-to-day life and support you in making choices and taking actions that will lead to the outcome that you desire. My clients say that our work together helps them to develop new skills, habits, thoughts, and behaviors which they continue to find useful as they build their families.

Angelique Lugo, Reiki Master

Reiki (pronounced ray key) is a combination of two Japanese words, rei meaning "universal" and ki meaning "life force energy." This life force energy flows through each of us, supporting and nourishing our vital functions. Traumatic events and disruptions can diminish or block the flow of energy. The goal of Reiki is to realign the subtle energies so that all facets of the body—physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual—may return to their natural states of well-being.
Angel's personal search for balance led her to open a private practice to help others work on their own healing. Her down-to-earth approach is welcoming to those who have never experienced a holistic session and comfortable for returning clients.
Reiki is rejuvenating for people who give too much of themselves and fail to recognize their own needs. It is also beneficial to those who are experiencing physical discomforts, life changes (including pregnancy), emotional stress, just feeling “out of it” or simply want to maintain their health.
